I have worked with MTS for approximately 10 years, with different companies and in different capacities.  I have chosen to do this because, I find MTS will do everything they can to make my customers successful. Also, as they are a family business, the key decision makers are readily available for me to speak to and plan actions.

Currently, our relationship with MTS is as a partnership, where we have outsourced all of Titan’s logistical requirements (receipt, storage, order processing and deliveries).  A element of the partnership is our entire business is based on site and so we have complete transparency, all of the time.

Since the start of this relationship, just over 2 years ago, I have witnessed continual investment by MTS into their business to ensure it is relevant and competent to meet the rapidly changing needs of its customers and their businesses.

We are based in their new warehouse, and our offices benefit from the latest sustainable and efficient technology.  Our systems interface with their new WMS and will soon also link to their state-of-the-art TMS, which will allow real-time interactions with our customers (Sep 2024).  As MTS have grown, they have recruited people into key roles who are incredibly knowledgeable in their field.

It was a tough decision not to take on the logistics solution ourselves, but I am so glad we took the decision to outsource to MTS as they have delivered results that we would not have been able to.
